- Versatility: Nearly universal; designed to work with most detector brands and most wired headphones.
- Wire free your own favourite detecting Headphones.
- Kit comes complete with the Receiver that you place on the end of your wired Headphones’ cable and pop the receiver in a pocket out of the way. Jack socket on the Receiver is 3.65mm (1/4-inch).
- Couple the Receiver wirelessly to the Quest Transmitter that you place on your metal detector by sticky velcro somewhere near a headphone socket (adapter supplied in the kit to enable 6.35mm or 3.5mm jack).
- Lithium batteries of both units are charged by USB cables that you plug into a USB AC wall socket (recommended) or laptop. The batteries can also be charged in a car’s 12v cigarette lighter socket via a USB plug.
