TC2X and TC3X Metal Detectors

WE have both Phil and Si Robertsons metal detectors. My problem is trying to find someone to get parts for them. I have called a dozen phone numbers and no one seems to know how to help. I am trying to find the rings that holds the consoles on the rod part. Both sets have broken that allow the console to swivel back and forth.
